Sofabed Availability
The sofabed is prepared only when a third guest (adult or child) is included in your reservation. Otherwise, it remains closed during your stay.
Opening Instructions
Follow these simple steps to convert the sofa into a comfortable bed:

  1. Lower the backrest gently ⬇️
  1. Slide the bottom section forward ↔️ and lift using the rope loops 🪢

Water Notes
Tap water may taste slightly salty. Please use the filtered water provided for drinking, coffee, and tea preparation.

Plumbing Guidelines
To protect our sensitive plumbing system, please do not flush wipes, cotton products, or sanitary items. Use the provided waste bin instead.

Important Safety Notes: No glass containers at the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times. Playing on the sky bridges is strictly prohibited.

Art & Décor
The cenote-stone pieces ("Xibalbá – Mayan Wisdom" and Yunkash – Guardian of the Jungle) are fragile and considered sacred. Please do not move them or place items on top of them.

Pets are only allowed if explicitly approved prior to your arrival.
